94 Camry V6 ACIS vacuum actuator

Greetings to all -

I need to replace the vacuum control module on the ACIS. It looks like the old vacuum advance module on old distributors. There is a diaphragm and a linkage which operates the ACIS valve in the plenum. The dealer wants to sell me the entire unit ($252). Does anyone know the P/N for a replacement? Or where I can get a new one? Otherwise, i guess its junkyard time . . .
Thanks for your assistance!

Welcome to the AF!

I think the junkyard is where you'll best find a replacement.

Yeah, I guess I'll be at Pick Your Part in the near future.
Thanks for the warm welcome.
