2002 B3000 will not start, there is fuel spark and compression.

I have a 2002 b3000 with 62000 miles on it. I was coming home from work and the check engine light came on. The next morning it would not start. I checked the fuel pump and the pressure was low so I replaced the fuel pump. Still nothing the pressure is there and there is spark and compression but it still won't start. I checked all the fuses which were fine and the relays look good, but not sure. Any other ideas. I have tried scanning it with an obd2 scanner but no codes showed up. It is a pocket scanner from the parts store but I don't know if this matters.

check your timing possibly slipped time or broke a chain, take your distributor cap off and turn over the motor and see if the button turns
