Wrx Timing Belt Replacement

My '02 WRX is coming due for a timing belt replacement and I was wondering if anybody has done this themselves and how difficult a task it is. Are any special tools required? I'm reasonably capable but don't want to get in over my head. Thanks,

no you don't have to have special tools..get a hanes manual from autozone or advanced..good luck..
