'95 Camry Transmission

I have a '95 Toyota Camry LE, 162k mileage. It runs really good. But recently I noticed it vibrates a lot while going from 55mph to 60mph. It vibrates at this range only if I press gas pedal.

I took it to Mr. Transmission, after test drive, they can't say anything about it. They suggested I pay them 200 dollar to open the transmission to check. I check with Toyota and they'd charge 400 for the same job.

Any suggestion? Is it a big problem with the transmission?

I recently replaced sparkplugs to reduce some vibration. This car also needs the engine mount to be replaced, the repair bill is going up....

Not sure which mounts they were referring to, but copied this some time back, sounds like your sympton:

I have had the same problem for years and finally found the source---worn
motor mounts.

Replace your dogbone mount.

Don't forget your CV axles. This could be the cause as well. Even if they are not clicking when you turn hard I have seen this exact problem, just yesterday on a 93 Corolla.
