Automatic Lights Not Working

I need some help trouble shooting my 1992 Roadmaster Limited 5.7L in what I think is an Electrical problem. Here are my symptoms. 1.) The head lights dont turn on automatically anymore. I can hear the little click noise when I turn the delay for the lights on but the lights will only turn on manually. 2.) You know how the car locks the doors when you put the car into gear? Well, every once and a while when i am reversing out my driveway if i have my dome light on and am going in reverse they keep clicking locked until i turn off the light. 3.) This only happened twice but I rarely use my car lighter and I pushed it one time and it locked my doors every time I pressed it. 4.) Sometimes if I have the radio kinda loud, the climate controll digial panel, will start to blink and flicker. Thanks for the help
