car won't start and makes clicking noise
I got a 1999 volvo s80 and it won't start. When I turn the key it just makes a clicking noise and then the battery dies completly. I tried to get a jump but it just continues to make the clicking noise.
I got a jump by a toyota corolla would that maybe a concern because my car is larger than that. But when i try to start it nothing works no radio no nothing. now when i tried to get a jump the radio lights and everything worked fine just that it wouldnt start and that damn clicking noise was getting frustating. Can someone help??????

Either the battery needs replaced/charged, or something's wrong with your ignition.
Take the battery to be tested and charged. Most larger parts stores will do it for free.

odds are, you didn't get good contact with the jumper cables, and you didn't actually "jump" it.
The other possibility is your cable terminals are loose/broken ie, bad contact. Or the cables have problems further down the line (block ground, starter terminal, etc) Of course, there's other possibilities, but this is the more likely issues
