Lamp Outage Module (LOM) & vibration in engine(like a miss)

I know that is where the LOM is located, behind the spare tire in the little compartment located there. The wires that disconnect from it are coming from all the rear lamps I believe(possibly the trailer wiring as well but all together, only 2 wire connecters total on LOM) and the other connector should be the wires going to the front of the vehicle. I had forgot but it is definitely a stock factory trailer connecter cause I had bought the LOM new from the dealer using the original part #. Which the service department swears up and down that it is not the LOM or the wiring but a wrong bulb. I had told them I replaced all the bulbs brand new and still the same problem. Which they replied, did you buy them from the dealer cause if not they could not be putting out the right amperage. I did not buy them from the dealer but do not see the bulbs of the same kind from an auto parts store being so much different or can they be?
