Extra Earth wiring improve HP?

we learn this when we were young and know how it works , but for car I really dout about it . it simply just connect an an extra wire back to the (-) battery nagative . I read through the article that people talking about (on the web) this and finally I remember The old days I did some re-wiring for my dad ride Head light by connect an extra wire to the Earth (battery)and it's help to brighter the beam and improve the power flow ....

anyone have a better improvement by using this technic ?

Ps: sorry for my poor english

Re: Extra Earth wiring improve HP?

i've read an article about a Pivot product names ignitionearth cable... it is basically a power cable which connects the distributor/engine head to the battery negative terminal... looks rather simply to give any performance gain... thus, i tried experimenting this concept using normal power cable... the one i'm using is 10GA cable......

throttle response improved a little... my verdict would be 7/10 that it will work on most cars....
