remove the screws holding the molding to the base of the mirror and remove the molding.
remove the screws and detach the mirror. then reverse to put back on

Where are the screws? I don't see them.
Also, the replacement mirror assembly includes the extender arm and the flange that attaches to the vehicle. How do I remove the flange form the vehicle? Quote:

open the door to find the screw to remove the molding.
when the molding is off you will see two screws that hold the mirror on, take them off .if you have power mirrors you will have to unplug the wires. done

Hope you're not replacing the whole mirror assembly because the glass is cracked. You can buy just the glass.

Most places will replace the glass while you sit in your vehicle with the mirror still attached. It's very inexpensive. It only cost me $5 when I had to have my glass mirror that fell out replaced.
