g-vr4 tranny better...???

i dont know, but i've seen alot of people have it in their dsms. just wondering what are the benefits of the g-vr4 tranny. i've searched vfaq and they said the tranny had more bolts(?) and i've searched but couldnt really find a good proper tuning answer to why people switch to the g-vr4 trannies. is it better than the 1g tranny? 2g tranny better than 1g? i dont know, just wondering if you guys had thoughts up this. thanks!

Re: g-vr4 tranny better...???

This is true... I have known a few people to replace 1st gear with the gvr4's first gear and iirc they also swapped in an evo 2nd gear too... I'm pretty sure it was an evo 2nd gear... I'll have to find out for sure again.

Re: g-vr4 tranny better...???

You need the VR4 transfor case too. A guy on the Dsmlink Forums just sold one for $175, wich is a fucking steal because they go for about $600
