1998 durango passenger door body help

My 1998 dodge durango driver side door is rusting and starting to peel from the bottom door where it folds into the door step. Seems there is still a solid door with rust but the skin is peeling about the with of the door. Would like to fix this spring. Is there a skin i could buy for the repair and where?
Also Would it be worth doing this or get a used door and have it painted black?
