OBX headers

I've searched the forums and the FAQ fior an answer, but haven't found one. I don't have the cash to spend on the 3SX racing headers, but I did find some OBX headers on ebay for around the $400 range. Would it be worth it to just save up for the long tube headers, or are these OBX headers legit? They look nice, but I'm not exactly going for looks, I wan't performance.

Re: OBX headers

If I remember right someone on 3si got a set and said the welds were shitty and overall quality was poor. I'd save up.

Re: OBX headers

Yeah I got a friend who put OBX stuff on his eclipse....well I shouldn't say he put them on, because half the stuff didn't fit at all. I think the long tube headers are worth the money.

Yeah, you will really be happier by waiting and paying a little more for the long headers, much better choice than being dissatisfied with the cheaper stuff.
