Thumbs up 22re motor swap HELP

Hi, i am new to this web site . so please move this post to the right form for me if its in the wrong form, im doin a motor swap on my 93 pick up and im wondering how to take the motor out im kinda stuck on the tranny and motor mounts . everything else is off but i dont no where to mounth the cherry picker to. thank you
please help !!!

I'm not familear (bad spelling) with that kind of engine, but there should be two hooks bolted on the engine near the top.


also, I'm not sure its good for every one, but when I took my moter out
I think it was a 3vz-e, I pulled the whole transmition out with it and changed it when all was out.

Yes, there is one towards the front and one towards the rear.
