1996 GMC Sierra 5.0 litre bad engine miss

I am having trouble with a bad engine miss. It will sometimes quit missing when the motor and everything gets real warmed up. The truck is a 5 speed with 210,000 kms on the engine. I have replaced the distributor and rotor about 1 year ago approx 18,000kms age and I have to take the distributor off once every 2 weeks and clean the posts. They get all corroded. The distributor and rotor came from NAPA so should be good quality. I feel I am missing something but can't seem to figure out what it is. I have put new wires on about 90,000 kms ago, the wires were bluestreak I believe, maybe another set of wires and distributor and rotor at the same time will help. Any advise is certainle welcome.
Thanks a bunch
