Damn SES light again...
I replaced the EGR and after a month later the SES light is on again. Took my truck to Advance and he scanned it again and said it was the EGR. I took the EGR off and checked it like the Haynes Repair manual says, the volts and the OHMS. The light went off after I did all that and now its back on. Is this just a bad EGR or what are your opions? Thanks for the help.

Re: Damn SES light again...
Sounds like there is something that is triggering the EGR.
I found this.. it is for a Ford F series truck, but should give you a pretty good idea on how the EGR functions and allow you to trouble shoot http://www.iroc-zpostforum.com/Tech/...g&Diagrams.htm

Re: Damn SES light again...
I'd perform an EGR delete.
