97 Grand Prix GT replaced ignition switch but now radio & wipers are hot

I've got a 97 Grand Prix GT 3.8L and I just replaced the ignition switch on it which took care of the issues I was having with the headlights and heater working off and on and the clicking noise. However, now the radio & wipers always have power even when the car is off and the key has been removed. Before this problem they would work until you opened the door of the car but now they have power to them all the time. Not sure if I may have missed something when putting the wiring back in that would cause the stereo & wipers to be hot. Any ideas?
