98' Right Rear Wheel Loc, HELP!!!

My 98' 88 passenger rear wheel is locked, and i cant move at all without dragging the tire. I messed with it for a while and 2 out of 30 times i managed to get the wheel rolling instead of dragging. Need HELP

I suggest that you pull off the rear wheel and drum then take a look at it. Could be a stuck emergency brake, or broken springs (which would then not retract the rear-wheel cylinder). You can also pull off the other rear wheel/drum to use as a comparison.

If you can't get the drum off, use the adjustment window (behind the drum) to loosen the shoes some.

that happend to me it was my wheel hub
