Service Engine Soon codes

Well i went to Advance Auto and got my codes read and the computer put out 4. P0101, P0147, P0300, P1406. I know the P0101 is for the MAF sensor. Then P0147 is for the O2 Sensor after the Cat. Converter. P0300 was multiple cylinder misfire and P1406 was EGR Pintle Position Circuit. I got it checked because my truck was hesitating when I accelerate. I found out when I tried passing a car and I pushed the pedal about 3/4 down and started going then all of the sudden it started stumbling and felt like dying. Then I look and the SERVICE ENGINE SOON light was flashing. So I finally got in front of the other car and for about 15 minutes of driving I noticed when going uphill it would hesitate again. Now it takes longer to get up to 50 mph. I read other threads and one said I could check the MAF sensor by unplugging it and see if it acts worse. Then I would know if it's bad. But what would cause the other codes? Does anybody think that my Catalytic Converter is bad too. If so would it put up these codes. Thanks for any help it is appreciated.
