16x12" rims?!? would these even fit a 240??

Even though I'm not a huge fan of massively wide wheels these things are pretty damn nice...especially since they aren't the usual 18+" I see all the time.

~1.5" less space between suspension and rim - don't you have less than an inch between the rim and strut housing stock??? coilovers make the clearence even less right? how much probably depends on the brand...

7.1" is how much they would extend past the stock rim

yeah I was thinking about that too...the widest tires I usually see are like 10" wide...and even that is getting up there in terms of how much tire selection you have.

you could stretch the tires...hmmm to save some $$$ you could try a 205

12j can fit and look good, but not those, they are too ugly to even put on my wall, let alone on my car... Theres ppl rockin 13j in the rear, 11 in the front... and it looks great. it can be done

245/45R16 would fit fine. Or I'm sure MT makes slicks in that size.
