It's well documented that McLaren used BMW column switches and latches as thay gave the quality feel of operation they were seeking.

Nothing wrong with BMW parts. Those are from the 5 and 7 series E34 and E32 generation so that is excellent choise, one of the best quality ones.

Have anyone a complete list of what BMW parts was used? Except the engine

In a Koenigsegg even the interiour handels are of solid carbon fibre.
