99 sephia won't shift
I have a 99 Sephia that every so often it just takes a notion to not wanna shift and you let it sit for a while and its fine. It stays in 2nd gear it seems and when you try to take off it jerks and hesitates and then it will go but it stays in 2nd Please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
