1993 T&C ABS Brake light on

Hi, I have a 1993 Chrysler Town and Country. The ABS brake light went on intermittent at first, you could hear the pump buzz build pressure and stop then light would go out, kept up for a while then ABS and power assist went out totally and light stayed on. Since the motor is under recall I took it to the Dodge dealer for repair. The Dealer replaced the pump motor and relay switch under NTSB recall and worked fine for 15 days then problem came back again. Took it back to the same dealer to have it checked they charged $98 to recheck the work and came back with a diagnostic result of “No power to ABS pump or CAB Module wiring problem”. Ive done allot of work on cars but never an ABS system. Has anyone ever had this problem? How would I begin to look for the reason it failed? The pump should be fresh and the hydraulic part of the brake system works well with no apparent problem. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks
