Help!!!!

ok, so i have this dodge avenger in my front yard. The owner has skipped town (again). The only thing wrong with the veh. besides it's broken window is the front calibur is locked up and needs to be replaced. Financually this is no problem; however this is not my car but since it's been on my property for months is there a way i could "take it" out from underneath him?!?!?!
