What is the best shocks brand for the astro

i just use monroe's. it really depends on your load and where you drive it. the astro is a light truck and really light in the rear end if you don't usually drive it fully loaded. light duty or passenger car shocks will give you the best ride. i bought my wifes used and it rode rough. turns out the previous owner had put heavy duty shocks on it. i changed them out with regular duty shocks and the ride was much improved.

Yes, it depends on what you need.
I put Monroe Sensi-Trac in, and they work well.
