Porsche 911 GT2 road version

I am proud to present my best kit ever built.
Painted in Copenhagen blue metallic and clear coated with testors clear. Paint was airbrushed on and so was the clear. This kit was a joy to build and I am hoping to buy a lot more of these kits. Thanks

That looks pretty stunning! Is it curbside? Who makes it? Those wheels set it off nicely, too.

I am not sure what you mean by curbside. But this kit is made by Tamiya

that`s nice!
curbside means that it doesn`t have engine.

Re: Porsche 911 GT2 road version

Curbside means that it has no engine detail. The bonnet looks moulded, rather than a separate piece, so I guessed there was no engine.

Actually the bonnet was a seperate piece and I glued it in place. The only engine detail is the intercooler which you can sort of see in the pictures.

Great build! The only tip I have is to paint the back of the taillights silver or coat them with bare metal foil so they look more realistic. Great build though!

Yea I know, that's what it said in the manual. Well I didn't glue them yet, so it will be fixed later on after work

Classic kit, nice build. I will soon have to get my hands on one of these.
