Venture 2002 and tapping sound

When I make a right turn my van is making a tapping/slight vibrating sound. It sounds like it is coming from the steering wheel but I only hear it when I'm turning my wheels to the right. What can this be?

You might have your CV joints and tie rod ends looked at to see if they are tight or show signs of deterioration, cracked boots, etc.

Thanks for replying. I don't know anything about vehicles. what is cv? Also, would this be something most likely covered by my extended warranty.
