2006 Grand Caravan "Service Required" warning/reminder stuck on
I took my 2006 Grand Caravan in for an oil change, but they forgot to reset that stupid "Service Required" notification thing on my little overhead console display, so now everytime I start the car, it beeps at me and tells me service is required. I don't have time to drop it off at the dealership or even to really drive there to reset it when I know it should be some easy button combination to reset it, but the manual is totally useless in this regard. Anyone know how to reset this little annoyance?

Re: 2006 Grand Caravan "Service Required" warning/reminder stuck on
The light can only be reset through the computer using the proper scan tool.
I know they started this in 1990 on minivans. My old 1975 car has a reset screw switch hidden under the rubber boot on the steering shaft. |
