Simple but pesky problem w/ my "68...

The passenger door on my '68 is stuck shut. The lock moves up and down just fine, but not quite enough to release the door. We've tried all kinds of things and it just won't open.

I'm open to any suggestions short of lighting it on fire. I won't do it.

Ok, nvm. By some stroke of luck we got it.

Apparently there was some random piece of plastic that managed to find its way into the locking mechanism and hold it shut.

Thanks anyways.
