seats for tall 2000 si owners?

i have recently purchased a 2000 civic si and i have a problem with the height of the seat i was wondering if anyone out there had any aftermarked racing seats that are lower than stock, i'm even willing to look into jdm if someone will happens to know what can give me an extra two inches or more of head room. please inform.

You should look into some Del Sol seats, they're supposed to sit quite a bit lower than Civic seats.

I know what you’re talking about. I’m 6’2” & the top of my head sometimes brushes up against the headliner. Annoying as hell.


I’ve seen brackets which supposedly lower the seats, don’t know how well they work, but I did remember that they were really expensive.

i am upgrading from a 90 civic std and i had the same problem i was previously told that the 90 si had it's seats 2 inches lower which would help me lots does anyone know how much lower the del sol seats are and if it is all del sol seats or if for example the si model has even lower seats.
