90 Cav stalls/hesitates from idle

I have this problem where after 5-10 mins my "90" cavalier starts to stall when I get stopped at lights. Then if it doesn't stall, it hesitates bad. Then after 5-10 more minutes it goes right back to normal. Always starts at the same distence from my house like clockwork. Then if I turn to get home it stops doing it right as I get home. When the engine is doing it, it keeps doing it in park and neutral.

I'm going to strip down the throttle assembly and see if something is funky with the idle controll assembly. I'm also going to check the spark plugs to see if they are just carbonated, and test the wires to make sure they have good resistence.
