Replaced motor mount, torque struts, and trans mount on 93' Euro, still have noise :(

I replaced all these mounts this weekend because they were showing signs of wear and deterioration. Prior to installing the new mounts I had a pop/clunking noise from the front end when I placed the car in drive and thought the new mounts would eliminate this. It does not make noise when going from park to reverse, just from park/reverse to drive. It sounds like the noise is coming from underneath the car from either the axle or transmission. I checked the trans fluid and it is at full level (I changed it about 12,000 miles ago). Please guys give me your input on this, it is greatly appreciated.

Below is a list of items I have checked:

-Struts (replaced twice)
-Strut Mounts(replaced)
-Outer tie rods (replaced)
-Inner tie rods (tested and very tight in rack and pinion)
-Ball joints (tested and ok)
-Sway bar bushings (all intact and no cracks)

Car has the 4T60-E automatic trans and 3.1 V6 in it. Car has 89,000 miles on it
