2001 Kia Sephia Running Rough in Drive

Ever since we had our dashboard replaced in our Kia the car has been running very rough in drive. The car runs fine in Park, Reverse, and Neutral, but when you put it in Drive it rattles your teeth out. It is very annoying. The car feels like it is going to fall apart. While driving, you do not feel anything. It only happens when you are sitting still with the car in drive. I had a friend of mine who used to be a mechanic look at it to see if the Kia Service Techs forgot to hook something back up or knocked something loose, but he could not find anything.
