Must be different for '00+ because the ones on my '99 are pretty easy. Been a while since I did mine but I seem to remmeber just unplugging the wires then twisting the bulb to get them out. I could be wrong though.

Theres a rubber gromet you have to pop out after unpluging the connector thats encased in rubber. Then it has this little level type bar that holds the headlight in place.
