I Have A 1999 Chevy Tahoe

I Tried To Get My Smog Today, The Emissions Passed But The Other Part Of The Test Didn't

The Computer Showed That Is Was Cylinder Number 4.

The Compression Is Good And It Had Very Good Spark.

What Else Can It Lead To The Fuel Injector?
