Check controller on BMW 730i

Can any one please give me any info about how to over come the problems with intermittant messages being displayed about the lights -
Tail Light, Lic Plate, Dip Beam and Brake Light.

relay

Hello The problem you are having is caused by dry soulders in the light relay.........SOULUTION, re-soulder the joints and refit the relay without the exterior cover (this helps the relay to keep a bit cooler)

I done this fix and it is easy to do. But I would replace the cover, to stop dirt and condensation getting in. The tail light bulbs need to be the silver casing type and not the brass ones. Check all connections for corrosion, clean and replace.
