Driver power window failure

First post, please be nice.

First the fluff:
I have a 94 honda passport EX. In 2002 (we had it 1 yr at this point) the diver side power windows failed. Over time, it didn't even stay up and just fell. My father in law, who has various car fixing abilities "looked at it" and had no idea what was going on. It's real low mileage (for its age, 103k) and got it running after a 2 year period of not running last may (Rislone+oil, then a change shortly there after).

The question
I finally pulled apart the door the other day and it appears the motor is lacking its original power, probably why it failed. Well in the process it looks like the cable it worn and needs to be replaced.

I found these part kits for about $75 for the lifiting kit, and $75 for the motor kit. Has anyone seen cheaper?

Also I am not sure if I feel comfortable replacing the system, so I am looking for what you gusy think a fair price a local shop should charge, or should I just bite the bullet and take it to the dealer? (ouch?)

You can try to contact St. Charles isuzu, they have the cheapest OEM parts available.
