harmonic balancer ?

I need to replace my harmonic balancer on my 97 grand prix. Can anybody tell me how to keep the motor from turning over when i try to loosen the center bolt on the balancer. Thanks...

Checkout the procedure below. There is a section where the starter is used but you must exercise caution using this method but it does work. See link below.
