How do I set the timing? Its a 1995 V6 manual.

you don't. the computer does it. you can check it to make sure the timing belt and cams were installed correctly, and to see the computer do it's job, but that's it.

Are we talking valve timing or ignition timing? You can't set the ignition timing. If it's valve timing, there are pretty clear marks on the cam and crank sprockets.
