If one were to upgrade a 2000 Cav. from a 2.2 to a 2.4 what else under the hood would need to be altered to accomodate such changes?

are you talking about swapping a 2.4L in the place of a 2.2L?? If so i would imagine that you would need the entire longblock and tranny, axles, mounts, wiring harness for the engine and the ECU....i'm not sure which of those parts are interchangeable between the two engines though....

good times are in store for me then....any idea who (what place) i can get the info. from that would tell me what all is interchangable......dealership? Why is it cheaper to replace a 2.4 than a 2.2....that I don't understand....
