ignition fuse keeps blowing
Hi everyone! My friend is having trouble with his 94 voyager! the ignition fuse under the hood blew one time after start up. since then we replace it with another one and same thing happened days later. long story short, now it blows the fuse everytime he turns the key into the on position. I know it is a short but I have no diagram to rely on! anyone has any ideas what to check or what can it be! Thanks in advance!!!
By the way! its a 3.0 v6! |

Re: ignition fuse keeps blowing
Have your friend buy a repair manual that has a wiring diagram. Usually cost about $20-. Make a couple of enlarged copies (less than fifty cents at a copy place), one to make notes on as you check the circuit and one for reference. If you friend is too cheap, then try your local library for a manual.
A wiring diagram, meter or test light are necessary for finding the problem. |
