Cool Power Window Motor Replacement

Conveniently, on the day of our first recognizeable snow in Chicago, my driver side window would not go up. The motors have been running slower on both my windows lately (98 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP), so I'm heavily assuming that it's the motor. I ordered a new one from the parts store and can pick it up after work today. My question is since theres snow on the ground, how long is this job going to take me? Anyone have any idea and/or instructions on how to approach this task?

Your help is much appreciated, thanks!
