00' GTP Hood tach
hey i have a 00' GTP and remembered that i have a hood tach from my old 69 firebird. would there be a way to use this on my car? has anyone done one?

If it's not a mechanical tach, it could be hooked up, but why? The old tachs weren't real accurate, so the one in the instrument cluster of the car already would be more accurate.

i dont think its a mechanical tach, its got an electrical connection on it, iwant to use it because its a 250$ part sitting agound in my room, and noone else has one
