99 suburban c/k 1500 4x4 will engage in auto mode but in low or high
wierd i was thinking may be front diff acuator but 4x4 works only on auto mode on dash swicth help!

If the front axle does not engage in 4HI or 4LO but does operate in "AUTO" mode, there is a chance that the control module is at fault. When the 4HI or 4LO positions are selected, do the indicator lamps flash?
