A few things wrong with my Celica 90 GT

My trunk does not open, i pull the lever on the bottom near the seat and it doesn't do anything.

The Pedal for the accelleration, you have to kind of step on it with a good amount of pressure. So when I drive, I can't just gently step on it and gently move along. I kind of have to step on it and the car jerks.

Now, the last thing. I'm not sure what happened. But, I was driving with drive. - It's an automatic -, and was just speeding the away. I had my hand on the clutch and accidently moved it into 2. It went all wierd for a second. I heard a clunk, I'm not sure where. I think the car got really hot after that, and now it seems like it doesn't go as fast as it use to.

I know nothing about celicas, any help would be great. Thankyou.

Your cable must have been taken off your lever... check that out (remove the 2 screws and then the whole plastic thing... then check the 2 cables - one for the gaz, the other one for the trunk)... otherwise, if you can still open your trunk with you key, remove the interior pannel that faces your lisence plate and see if the cable is still attached to the other lever...

For your throttle pedal, check the nut behind it.. see if its too tight or whatever...
