installing an alarm 2003 civic hybrid disarm the factory keyless entry

I have this question over in the other part as well, but feel it might get more responses here.

where/how do i disarm the factory alarm/remote locks? I have installed one in our caravan, alarm I chose is a mars33 Any info or recomendations will be appriciated, as to where/what wires I need to pay special attention to, easy access to kick panels/ wires.

I have the mars 33 alarm, IB-H3 transponder data interface TYPE-C, DLS, and a T wire harness

Just needing any/all infor to install, I have the list of wires and where they are supposed to go, except for understanding the IB-H3 interface thing.

you can "disarm" the factory alarm by not ever setting it on.
