Large poster frame

does anyone know where i can get a very large poster frame for cheap? i've been searching, and i seem to only come across sites that sell in bulk for places like music stores, theaters, etc.

The poster i've ordered will be 3.25' x 4.5' (39" x 54")

when i say cheap, i mean like, 20 bux maybe. i really don't see how or why a peice of plastic and a bezel should cost any more. I've seen some going for a good $150 a piece, but they're all worked up, like foam backing, metal frame bezel, plexiglas cover w/ UV protection and No-Glare, etc... i just need a simple frame with a simple cover, that happens to be very large.

Re: Large poster frame

They used to sell these massive ones in walmart where they kept the mirrors, I had one a little smaller than what you need a long time ago, basic frame, cost me like $10.

Re: Large poster frame

Try Wal-Mart, I remember seeing something of that nature there.

Also check out allposters.com. I know they offer an option to have the posters you order framed, so maybe they have a way to just buy the frame individually. hope that helps.

Re: Large poster frame

Check Wal-mart, Kmart, Target etc. When I am looking for a cheap frame, I can usually find some "art" already framed, and you can just pull the old print out and put in your stuff.

Bed Bath and Beyond has some big stuff too, but its a little pricier.

Or just go get some lumber or aluminum and make your own.

I made this frame and it cost me exactly $0:
