installing neon glow

hi im new to this forum website but i have juss bought a 2003 pontiac grand am.. its got the red lighting inside n im putting a stereo in it with blue glow..

i want to put 2 blue noen glows under the dash n 2 red neon lgows in the back.. wuts the best way to install this? money wise and energy usuage wise..

i have a bunch of 3-slot cigarette lighter adapters.. r those safe to use? i dun wana be blowin fuses or anything..

if anyone could help me id be very thinkful if u could..

have somebody who is familer with it wire it to the fuse box and put a toggle switch on it. you can get all this stuff at wal-mart
