00' sir killing too much gas
i have a 00' sir with 133 000km on it and a full tank of gas only last me 160km..can anyone tell me why its eatting my gas so much? oil is always toped up air filter is clean

There's to many things to be covered here.
Is it sluggish? if so, check timing or for a plugged catalytic converter. Have you replaced timing belt? if so could cam timing be off from inproper reassembly? If not, could belt have jumped tooth to throw cam timing off? All these things should reflect in lower engine performance. Then there's the std items in tune up parts. Plugs, dist. cap, rotor etc... You may have to have diagnostics run at a dealership to check everything out-that'll tell you for sure.

my spark plugs are white and black could that be causing the gas killing

Take it out and run it real good then check the plugs.
They'll get black when warming up from a cold start but should turn light color after warming up and running. Some people will kill the engine while driving and pull over to get a true plug reading. So idle doesn't effect it. It has to be fully warmed and ran to clean off the black cold starting mixture. If they're black after a good run, you definetly are running way to rich, and that's your bad milage. But then you'll still have to figure out why.
