Re: crx with 5th gen lights... how would that look?

well ok then guys... sorry... seeing as how u have voiced ur opinions on it and as to the fact that we would much rather not be the objet of much hate from honda people, we wont do it... but we are gonna find a nice subtle body kit for it with the vented sides, so yea... lol... now we're just thinking of wat a decent engine would be, but that'll be a dif thread... peace ya'll

The front of a crx is just too damn sexy, the way the fenders flare and the hood...damn! If only my bumper sat right

Dunno, vented sides aren't all that subtle.

Re: crx with 5th gen lights... how would that look?

back in the day (maybe GTA remembers) i knew a guy with the screen name "droopy"...he had a mint green sedan. back when projectors first came out for the 5g they didn't make them for the 4g. he bought 5g projectors and modified his hood to fit. it's been years since i've talked to him. i remember he had to cut one area and weld in some other areas. i know i have pics on my pc....ummm, somewhere. i'll try to find them this evening.

Re: crx with 5th gen lights... how would that look?

this is the best i can find at the moment...

keep in mind, he wasn't a professional welder, bodyman, or painter. he got some ideas and tried them. which brings me to the next pic. i forgot he had also made himself some altezzas before they were avalible as well.

again, not perfect. but i give him a A+ for idea & effort

EDIT: 1 more note. that's a CRX bumper. he modded his support so it would fit any crx aftermarket or oem front bumper. it was just 1 more mod that hadn't been done before at the time

Re: crx with 5th gen lights... how would that look?

i wish i knew...the guy was hella cool. he lived in miami and hung out with an orange sedan. i'll try to search out some more pics. i have a disc somewhere with 300+ 4g pics

i would say in 1999-2000 as it was on the yahoo civic forum. thats where i met GTA....we both had joined when there was less than 300 members. when the count got to thousands the 1 sole mod/admin bounced out and it turned into spam hell. ahhh, the good old days.
