wow, looks like alot of people are puting working out more as one of their resolutions. i hate that, it makes the month or two after new years hell at the gym because you've got all the people who don't know anything about the gym or gym ethics coming in and clogging up the place. they eventually give up, usually by the first month, but it's annoying until then.

this year, i am going to ban more people.
and by people I mean post whores.

I am also going to beat up more lazy arse people in my martial arts classes.

I will do mine at home, my parents have a home gym type deal that I can use, otherwise I can got to the school

i don't mind as much because most of the ppl that go there during the rush don't touch squats, bench pulls, leg press, chinups, lat pulls, or anything else involving the olympic bars (ie deadlifts) and we've got a crapload of benches to support a bunch of bench presses. the problem is that they take up the cardio machines and everything else, so if i'm on a day that i'm not doing legs and back, then it sucks.

Yea, i do most of those, the gym at school has all of them but if we get a lot of people up there then it sucks, but ussually there isnt to many people up there
